Shelf Rescue
Shelf Rescue terms
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms apply when you download or play Shelf Rescue. If you got the game from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard licence terms also apply.
Who we are
Shelf Rescue is made by Garml, a brand of ONEROCK GROUP LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17014989, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact: support@garml.com.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Shelf Rescue on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the game, or use cheats or modified versions.
Coins and purchases
Coins, boosters and other in-game items let you use features of the game. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money. Purchases are made through Apple or Google, whose payment and refund terms apply, and this doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Changes to the game
We keep improving Shelf Rescue, so levels, features, prices and events can change.
Our responsibility to you
If the game is faulty, you have rights under UK consumer law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss that wasn't foreseeable or that wasn't caused by us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own nation's courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
