Help with a Garml game

The quickest way to get help is to email support@garml.com.

We'll never ask for your password, and nobody from Garml will message you on Roblox asking for one. Never share it with anyone.

What to include

  • Which game you're playing.
  • For Roblox games, your Roblox username (not your password).
  • For Shelf Rescue, your phone or tablet model.
  • What happened and roughly when, and a screenshot if you can.

Common questions

I bought something in a Roblox game and didn't get it.
Rejoin the game first, as items are delivered when you join. If it's still missing, email us with your Roblox username and the item's name, and we'll look into it. Robux refunds are handled by Roblox Support.
My progress has gone.
Check you're signed in to the same Roblox account, then rejoin. If it's still missing, email us with your username and what you had, and we'll check.
I found a bug or someone is exploiting.
Thank you. Email us what happened and when; a screenshot or short video helps. To report a player's behaviour, also use Roblox's Report button.
I'm a parent with a question.
Email us, we're happy to help. Spending limits, chat and age settings are in Roblox's Parental Controls.
