These terms apply when you use garml.com or play a Garml game on Roblox. Shelf Rescue has its own terms.

Who we are

Garml is a brand of ONEROCK GROUP LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17014989, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can reach us at hello@garml.com.

Our Roblox games

Roblox's own terms apply whenever you play on Roblox, including to purchases made with Robux. On top of those, please play fair: don't use exploits, cheats or bugs to get ahead or spoil the game for others. We may reset progress or remove items that were gained unfairly. Items in our games have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.

We keep improving our games, so features, items and events can change or end.

This website

You may view and share pages of garml.com for your own, non-commercial use. Please don't try to get unauthorised access to the site or its server, attack it, or copy large parts of it without our permission.

Our content and brands

The games, text, art, logos and code belong to ONEROCK GROUP LTD or the people who licensed them to us. Garml, Steal a Pumpkin, Zero Hour Fleshbound and Shelf Rescue, and their logos, are our brands. Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

Our responsibility to you

We don't guarantee that the website or our games will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss caused by using, or not being able to use, them. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own nation's courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
